WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner Organize and schedule meetings and appointments Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
