Key responsibilities: Provide suicide prevention and crisis intervention counseling to LGBTQ+ young people nationwide Adhere to performance measures and protocols as defined by leadership Build trust and create a safer space for youth to discuss issues related to sexuality, gender identity, and suicidal ideation Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related fields, or 2+ years of relevant experience in a crisis care setting Demonstrated knowledge and cultural competency regarding LGBTQ+ issues and youth Strong resilience and adaptability in handling crisis situations Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong active listening skills A quiet, private work environment with high-speed dedicated broadband internet
