You'll mentor other Scrum Masters, drive continuous improvement in agile practices, and partner with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to strengthen team health and delivery. Healthcare, fintech, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred.What You'll DoFacilitate agile ceremonies for multi-team or complex programsMentor Scrum Masters through pairing, coaching, and feedbackLead retrospectives and own team-level continuous improvementCoach teams on agile maturity and removing impedimentsPartner with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and the RTE on team health and ART-level practicesWhat You Bring5+ years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience, including senior-level work on multi-team programsExperience mentoring Scrum Masters and working in scaled agile environmentsStrong skills in agile metrics, team health diagnosis, and stakeholder communicationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Nice to HaveSAFe SM, CSM, or PSM certificationSAFe adoption experienceAgile leadership inWork EnvironmentFully remote with occasional travel (under 5%) for company events.
