Grants Accountant / Senior Fiscal Analyst
Location: Midtown, NY 10018 | Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM / 35-hour week
Onsite: Approximately once per month and as needed for audits
Compensation: $80K–$85K
Contract: 3+ months with opportunity to convert
Contract Rate: $40–$45/hr
A well-established NYC nonprofit is bringing its outsourced grant and contract management function in-house and is seeking an experienced Grant Accountant / Senior Fiscal Analyst .
This role is approximately 80% government contract/grant management and 20% accounting/month-end close .

A self-sufficient professional who has directly managed government-funded nonprofit contracts and understands the full financial lifecycle of grants and contracts.
Portfolio: Organization manages approximately $23M in grants/contracts, with individual portfolios potentially exceeding $10M.
