Key responsibilities Develop event concepts, create timelines, and manage logistics for various company events Source and negotiate with venues and vendors, ensuring all details are handled efficiently Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align event goals with business strategy and collect feedback for future improvements Required qualifications Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills with experience in executing events from concept through completion Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and vendors Budgeting skills to create and manage event budgets while optimizing costs Experience managing multiple events simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management abilities Prior experience in corporate events, marketing events, or hospitality, with a degree or certification in event management or a related field preferred
