Job Description

• You'll provide suicide prevention and crisis intervention to LGBTQ+ young people through text, chat, and phone.
• You'll work remotely from anywhere in the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii.

• You'll follow established crisis protocols and meet performance standards while managing multiple conversations.
• You'll collaborate with staff and volunteer counselors to maintain continuity and quality of services.
• You'll complete administrative duties and participate in continuous learning and feedback.
