Workers’ Compensation Attorney | Iselin, NJ (Hybrid) – $175K

Location/Schedule: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $175K

Practice: New Jersey workers’ compensation defense for employers, carriers, and third-party administrators.

Duties and Responsibilities:

\n
• Defend New Jersey workers’ compensation claims for employers and carriers.
\n
• Handle hearings, motions, and conferences before the Division of Workers’ Compensation.
\n
• Coordinate IMEs, medical records, and settlement negotiations.
\n
• Advise on compensability, exposure, and return-to-work.
\n

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active New Jersey bar.
\n
• 3–7 years post-bar workers’ compensation defense — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
\n
• Hearing or settlement experience in NJ workers’ comp.
\n
